… and just not known what to do, so you find yourself doom scrolling Instagram or Pinterest instead.
Inspiration Creator has been designed just for these occasions where you want to create, but just don’t know what to create. Based on Natalie’s prompt cards, use her ideas and inspiration to concoct new projects entirely of your own.
The web app
Stage one of this project you can access right now. It gives you the quintessential tools at the heart of the app: colour themes, project/layout/technique combos as well as challenge twists and timed challenges. You can see a list of all the prompts and palettes as well as the ability to save your favourites. Think of the web app as a sneak peek to what the mobile app will be able to do…
The mobile app
The second stage of our project is the Inspiration Creator for mobile app. This will initially be for Apple devices only, but who knows if it takes off.
The mobile app is the big brother of the web app. It can do everything the web app does plus more! Prompts will link to relevant blog posts for that particular prompt. It also gets more ambitious in terms of your content. Yes, this is where the app becomes yours. Create an account in the app, and you can save your favourites, take a photo at the end of timed challenges and upload your project to our anonymous community page…
And if your supplies have got out of hand… it even has a supply tracker which will eventually link to the colour palettes so you know which are the best inks, paints, card, etc for that colour scheme.
And it won’t stop growing! I’ve built a back-end where I can upload new prompts, links and palettes throughout the lifetime of the apps.
