Nat Ballard

“My journey into publishing started when I was publishing books for others, however I’ve always wanted to write a book on digital crafting since the late 1990’s. I started with cutting machines back when you had the cartridge-based Cricut machines and the CraftROBO (pre-Silhouette). However, when I first saw the ScanNCut on its release in America I could see all the techniques it could possibly do. There was little support when they first launched in the UK, so I started a small local meet-up group and the rest is history.”

Ian Ballard

“I love to go to the more tech side of things: pushing the boundaries of what equipment can do – but also how to make it easier for users to replicate the projects Nat shows. If you have a software or machine issue, chat to me and I love to help.”
